Space for Office
Energy complex is Grade A office space as detailed below.
Building A
36-storey building
2.8 Metres height from floor to ceiling in typical floor
1,500 – 2,800 sq.m office space per floor for area optimization
Building B
25-storey building
2.7 Metres height from floor to ceiling in typical floor
1,100 – 2,000 sq.m office space per floor for area optimization
Energy Complex devotes to tenants’ living as they still can breathe fresh air although from high-rise building facilitating favorable interior conditions for the comfort of tenants. The complex can minimize tenants’ electricity expense with modern engineering systems.
CO2 Sensor
CO2 sensors are installed in the return air ducts, to monitor the carbon dioxide level. Once the level exceeds the defined limit the sensor system will activate the fresh air intake damper to open and take in fresh air, creating a comfortable and appropriate working environment for building users.
Special Wall Panels
Glasses panels help to see outside scenery and reduce heat transfer into the building, but still allow sufficient exposure to natural light, helps to lower the energy consumption of the lighting system. Insulated Glass Units (IGUs) are used. IGUs consist of a laminated glass and a transparent glass attached together, between which is an air gap infused with inert gas of low thermal conductivity.
Air-to-Air Heat Exchange System
An air-to-air heat exchanger system is employed to optimize the use of exhaust cool air, by exchanging the heat of incoming fresh air with the exhaust air from the air-conditioning system which has lower temperature, so that the incoming air is cooled prior to entering the building’s air-conditioning system. The process helps to relieve the air-conditioning load and decrease energy consumption.
Automatic Air Cooling Control System
The Complex uses a technology called Variable Air Volume (VAV) installed in its air-conditioning system to control the feed of cool air flow needed in each zone. This system is superior to systems generally used in other buildings because it controls the speed of air handling unit motors by temperature sensor and VAV Box in order to generate the appropriate temperature for certain zones.
Foods Courts are located on Building C, 4th – 5th Floor serving approximate 1,000 seats with various types of foods such as rice and curry, noodles, a la carte, desserts, fruits, beverage and many more. Catering service is also available. For more information please call 08-1422-7797.
