Energy Complex is located on a parcel of land measuring about 29 Rai (11.6 acres) in the Paholyothin Train community, Km. 11 vicinity, behind PTT Public Company Limited’s Head office, Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road, Chatuchak District, Bangkok. The locality is served by convenient transportation system with convenient mass transit which provides for easy commuting. The project is surrounded by Don Muang Toll way, Paholyothin Road , Mochit BTS skytrain station, Chatuchak and Paholyothin MRT subway stations and is located near Central Lardprao Department store, Chatuchak Weekend market and JJ Mall department store.
Energy Complex has a construction area of 300,000 square meters providing office buildings for PTT affiliates, energy-related companies and the Ministry of Energy with the capacity of 8,000 people approximately. It is comprised of 2 office buildings, 1 service building, 2 parking buildings and 1 Chiller plant.

Service Tower C : A 8-storey building comprises of 20,000 sq.m of construction area.
Parking Tower P1 / P2 : Each comprising 10 storeys (excluding 2 storeys underground), the two parking buildings have a gross area of 96,000 sq.m with a total parking capacity of 2,500 cars.
Chilling Plant (F) : 6,600 sq.m of construction area; located water chiller with the total cooling capacity of 4,400 tons.
